Sound Familiar?
You've tried stretching it, sleeping differently, even a new pillow. It helps for an hour. Then it's back — that familiar pull from your shoulder up into your skull.
Between the shoulder blades. That knot that's been there so long you've almost stopped noticing it — except when you reach for something or try to take a deep breath.
Not the kind aspirin fixes. The kind that builds through the afternoon, behind your eyes, up the base of your skull. Your body is telling you something.
Who This Is For
Your training plan accounts for every mile, vertical foot, and vertical drop. Your recovery should too. Sports massage addresses the specific demands of athletic training — not a generic rubdown, but targeted work on the muscles and patterns you actually use.
Eight hours at a desk. A commute. A workout squeezed between meetings. Your body is holding all of it — and chronic tension doesn't wait until your schedule clears. Sports massage addresses the patterns desk life creates: neck, shoulders, low back, hips.
Services & Pricing
A focused, targeted session. Perfect for addressing a specific area or maintaining your recovery routine between events or training weeks.
The full treatment. Time to address whole-body patterns, work through multiple problem areas, and leave feeling genuinely reset — not just less tense.
Regular rates: $140 / 60 min · $210 / 90 min · All modalities included · No tipping · No upsells · No membership required
The Difference
Every session is built around your body that day. Not a scripted routine. Your therapist focuses the entire hour on what you actually came in for.
Our therapists understand how repetitive stress — whether from a screen or a ski slope — breaks down specific muscle groups. We treat patterns, not just symptoms.
$140 for 60 minutes. Every modality included. No upsells, no awkward tipping. The price you see is the price you pay.
1115 N. Broadway, Ste 107 — right by the Denver Cultural Center. Open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm so you can actually fit it in.
What Clients Say
"I have a desk job and was looking for a place to ease my tension and destress. Gayle asked a few questions and I really enjoyed our session. It is the best massage I've had in Denver. I would highly recommend this place for body work even if you aren't an athlete!"Theresa Tran Desk job · Shoulders & neck tension
"My shoulder was giving me fits and the difference was night and day afterward. Aaron figured out my neck was actually causing the problem — and gave me stretches to keep it from coming back. Your Therapists
Aaron founded Rino Sports Massage and built the systems that make every session here different. His specialty is athletic recovery — particularly for endurance athletes — with a tailored approach that meets each client exactly where they are.
With over two decades in bodywork, Gayle specializes in sports therapy, injury prevention, and recovery. Trained at Colorado Mountain College and the Denver School of Massage Therapy, she brings deep expertise to every session — focused on pain relief, muscle recovery, and real relaxation.
Elana takes a whole-body approach — integrating deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, and sports techniques to reduce stress, inflammation, and pain. Every session is built around what your body actually needs that day.

Common Questions
Sports massage is specifically designed for active bodies. It uses different techniques than a relaxation or Swedish massage — including deeper tissue work, assisted stretching, and targeted work on specific muscle groups and movement patterns. It's less about relaxation and more about function, recovery, and performance.
Absolutely. Desk posture creates some of the most persistent muscle tension and imbalance patterns we see. Rounded shoulders, forward head posture, tight hip flexors, compressed lumbar — sports massage addresses all of it. If your body is under repeated physical stress (and sitting counts), this delivers real results.
